It only seems like a few months ago that Appoint Group was launched. That was in early 2010 and we have evolved as an organisation a great deal in that time. We began to feel that it was time to reconsider our logo and our website to better reflect us today.
Our new logo takes the initials A and G and links them like a chain. We are delighted to have formed strong business chains with some of the best and most well-known companies in our chosen specialist fields including OEM’s, Formula One teams and many of the household names within the private healthcare industry. We hope our new logo demonstrates our commitment to those business relationships and also to the individual job seekers that we work with.
Our website is an expansion of that ‘new look’ and it has been designed with two main things in mind. Firstly we have given our job search tool pride of place and have made it as easy to use as possible. Ultimately our business is all about matching jobs and people and it is only right that this feature takes centre stage. Secondly, we have tried to make it as easy as possible for people to get in touch with us. We have provided many different ways of reaching us and given them all prominent positions within the site. These include basic contact details, links to social media feeds, a call-back request feature, email forms, maps and more.
We hope that job seekers in particular will find some useful, ‘real world’ advice within our site. There are too many academic slants on how to write a good CV or how to prepare for interview and we feel that these are largely out dated today. Have a look at our thoughts on what really makes the difference.
Lastly, we intend to use this blog as a way of offering fresh and ‘results orientated’ advice and thoughts, both for our candidates and clients alike. Keep an eye out, or follow us on Twitter and LinkedIN to see what’s coming.
